CSBT has a very unique structure as a Trust composed of community service providers. They understand the needs of support workers and provide not only the typical health insurance but added services such as Ceridian Life Works, Critical Illness coverage, options for medication purchasing, and tailored overall programs that meet the needs of the employee body as well as the organization. Many options are included in the program at no additional cost.

We liked that GroupHEALTH is quite innovative on the technology side. Employees can submit health and dental claims on-line and receive payment very quickly, sometimes within 48 hours. For the plan administrator, there is an easy to use program that enables direct on-line administrative management which saves time and access to billing statements and plan booklets are available on-line at any time.
